“Amazing experience with Above All Roofing Services. Emile is honest and prompt. Called during rain as mold developing in kid’s room ceiling. Emile called an employee in and together they came out immediately despite it being Friday late afternoon. Looked everything up and down. Could have charged me an arm and leg. Not Emile, he said the roof is not the problem and explained what was happening and how to manage it. We had pre-agreed on a price for the evaluation. Emile said, no way he would take the money as they did not end up doing much work (he sure did the evaluation though). Lots more rain and NO ISSUES. Above All Roofing Services is appropriately named. This company is definitely "above it all" in quality and customer service. I got two other estimates, one ridiculously low and the other a tad higher. But I chose this company for several reasons in addition to the fact that I knew the job was reasonably priced: (1) Emile provided a clear description of what was needed and why the old roof was in such terrible shape (lack of venting). (2) When he asked where I lived, he said that replacing the roofs on an apartment complex down the road from my home had been his "bread and butter" for five years. (3) I knew his great sense of humor would help see me, usually a panicky person, through the process. The end result was a beautiful new roof that we are confident will protect us from leaky ceilings this winter and long after we are gone. “I called Above All Roofing Services to obtain a quote for re-roofing a portion of my house and back gazebos with wood shingles. Emile arrived with his crew on time. He was very friendly but professional. Their quote was the most reasonable and after reading their great Yelp reviews, I decided to use them. They did a beautiful job on my roof and gazebos. All of his crew were very polite; they made suggestions for future improvements without being pushy. Emile came to the job site daily and worked along side his crew to make sure the job was completed on time. They helped me with a couple of other household projects and coordinated some work for gutter repair. They also cleaned my roof and gutters for a very reasonable price. They were here a couple of months later to fix another part of the roof and re-cleaned the areas of the roof that needed it again...for no additional charge. I cannot recommend Emile enough. His office staff, especially Pam is wonderful. She is responsive, organized, professional and friendly. I would be so lucky if all contractors were this amazing.
